Corporate Drone Light Shows

A drone light show puts your logo, colors and message in the night sky in front of your whole audience. It is the centerpiece for conference evenings, company milestones, holiday parties, client events and product launches. Drones can even form a scannable QR code in the sky, turning the show into a live call to action.

We have flown corporate and brand shows for clients including Coinbase in San Francisco, ESPN at Navy Pier in Chicago and Jordan Brand. Our Kaiken system flies 100 to 200 drones for smaller audiences; the Damoda V4 system flies 200 to 1,000 with RGBW LEDs producing over 2,200 lumens per unit, and includes a complimentary second launch.

Drone Cages & Interactive Drone Zones

A drone cage turns your expo floor, booth or event space into a place people line up for. We design, test and build the right enclosure for your venue — cage, dome or netted zone — in three standard sizes or a custom size, and we can ship cages to your event as a rental.

We run two formats:

  • Professional demonstration — for industries and companies that want to see professional aerial platforms up close and leave with a plan for using or contracting drone services.
  • Fun demonstration — games, races and competitions with prize giveaways, and plenty of room to brand the cage with your company.

Conferences & Trade Shows

For conferences, trade shows and technology-themed events, we handle the whole drone component: planning, design, setup and breakdown, safe and reliable drones, and knowledgeable staff to run it. That can mean a live piloting demonstration on stage, a “drone zone” where attendees fly drones themselves, a drone cage as a booth attraction, or a light show to close the evening.

Can drone cages be used indoors?

Yes. Drone cages are designed for expo halls, convention centers and indoor event spaces, and we size them to your floor plan.

Can you ship a drone cage to our event?

Yes. Drone cages are available to ship to your event as a rental.

How far in advance should we book?

Sixty to ninety days is comfortable, especially for light shows with custom logo work or peak dates. Shorter timelines are often possible.

Do you travel?

Yes. We work in all 50 states, with crews operating out of Colorado, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Cancun. Travel is built into your quote.
